It is so wonderful that I continue to receive support from so many people. I am truly thankful for the support.
This journey is not easy. It is so easy to put expectations on myself to "do better". When I gain weight, I know there is a reason but it doesn't stop me from being frustrated. Some days, I just wish this could be easier!
I know one thing beyond a doubt, that if I give up, I will not live a healthy life. I have to keep reminding myself that setbacks are okay as long as I dust myself off, and get right back at it.
Today is a new day!
