ZUMBA!

I have added ZUMBA to my list of activities.  I tried this once back in April and I gave up...it was so hard...but 57.8lbs later...I am much better at it.

And my instructor lost 130 lbs...and can she move those hips!

Today, 30 minute walk, 60 minute ZUMBA class, 60 minute belly dancing class!
